Brewing Process Senior Manager

Constellation Brands is seeking a Brewing Process Sr. Manager to lead brewing operations in a high-volume, premium beverage manufacturing environment. In this role, you will oversee wort production, fermentation, filtration, and quality control to ensure consistency across iconic beer brands. You will manage and develop brewing teams, optimize processes using lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and drive continuous improvement in yield, efficiency, and product quality. Partnering with QA, packaging, maintenance, and supply chain, you'll ensure safety, compliance, and on-time delivery while championing innovation and a culture of performance, learning, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day brewing operations including wort production, fermentation, and filtration to meet volume, quality, and cost targets.
• Manage, coach, and develop brewing teams, ensuring clear goals, strong performance, and a culture of safety and inclusion.
• Implement and sustain process improvements using lean and Six Sigma tools to increase yield, efficiency, and consistency.
• Partner with QA to monitor product quality, troubleshoot deviations, and ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance, packaging, and supply chain to coordinate production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and food safety regulations and company policies.
• Analyze process data and KPIs to drive decision-making, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support innovation, new product introductions, and trials within the brewing area, ensuring smooth scale-up to full production.
