In-Store Free Sample Associate

Join CDS (Club Demonstration Services) as an In-Store Free Sample Associate at Costco. In this customer-facing role, you'll set up and run engaging product demo stations, prepare and serve samples, and share key product features with shoppers. You'll follow strict food safety and sanitation standards, keep your station clean and stocked, and track basic sampling metrics. Working in a fast-paced retail environment, you will collaborate with Costco staff and CDS teammates to deliver an outstanding, friendly experience that supports product awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prepare, and organize in-store product sample stations at Costco
• Engage shoppers, explain product features, and encourage trial
• Follow food safety, handling, and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked demo area
• Track sampling counts and basic sales or engagement metrics
• Collaborate with Costco and CDS team members for smooth operations
• Follow event schedules and arrive on time for shifts
