Learning and Development Specialist

Conduent seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training that supports large-scale digital and operations teams. You will assess capability gaps, create blended learning (virtual, in-person, and self-paced), and manage content in learning systems. Partner with leaders to align programs to performance goals, measure impact with data and feedback, and continuously improve curricula. Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and capability gaps across business and technical teams.
• Design and develop blended learning programs (virtual, classroom, and self-paced).
• Create instructional materials, job aids, and digital content using authoring tools.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Manage and maintain content and enrollments in the learning management system (LMS).
• Measure training effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve curricula based on evaluation results and stakeholder input.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to align learning solutions with business goals.
• Support onboarding and upskilling for digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
• Document learning processes and ensure consistency with corporate standards.
