Trench Safety Delivery Driver

Badger Daylighting is seeking a Trench Safety Delivery Driver to safely transport and deliver trench safety and shoring equipment to customer sites. In this field-based role, you will load, secure, and unload materials, inspect vehicles and equipment, and complete all paperwork and delivery documentation accurately. You'll work closely with dispatch, hydrovac and construction crews, following all DOT, company, and site safety procedures. Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery truck to transport trench safety and shoring equipment to and from customer sites
• Load, secure, and unload trench boxes, road plates, and related materials using appropriate equipment and tie-down methods
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow all DOT, company, and customer site safety policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, logs, and electronic records
• Communicate with dispatch, yard, and field crews to coordinate deliveries and pickups
• Assist with organizing, inspecting, and staging trench safety equipment in the yard
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at jobsites
• Use forklifts, loaders, or cranes/booms as trained and authorized
• Participate in ongoing safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement activities

• Commercial driving and truck operation
