In this field-based role, you will operate or support hydrovac trucks to safely daylight and expose underground utilities using high-pressure water and vacuum systems. Responsibilities

• Operate or support hydrovac trucks on construction and industrial sites
• Safely expose underground utilities using high-pressure water and vacuum systems
• Drive CDL vehicles to and from job sites following DOT regulations
• Set up and break down work areas, including traffic and pedestrian control
• Follow utility locates and site plans to avoid damage to underground infrastructure
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Document work performed, site conditions, and safety checks accurately
• Follow all Badger, customer, OSHA, and DOT safety policies and procedures
• Communicate with crew, supervisors, and customers to coordinate work
• Participate in ongoing safety and skills training and support team performance
