Class A CDL Delivery Driver

Badger Daylighting is hiring a Class A CDL Delivery Driver to support hydrovac excavation projects across construction and industrial sites. In this field-based role, you'll safely operate Class A vehicles to transport hydrovac units, tools, and materials to and from customer locations, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and follow all DOT and company safety procedures. You'll work closely with field crews, maintain accurate delivery documentation, communicate professionally with customers, and support a strong safety culture through training and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles to deliver hydrovac units, equipment, and materials to construction and industrial job sites
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required logs and documentation
• Follow all DOT, company, and site-specific safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Secure, load, and unload equipment and materials using proper methods and tie-downs
• Coordinate delivery schedules and routes with dispatch and field crews to meet project timelines
• Maintain clean, well-organized vehicles and report maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Interact professionally with customers and crews, representing Badger on active job sites
• Support training, continuous improvement, and compliance initiatives within Badger's safety-focused culture
