Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed trucks safely for regional and long-haul routes
• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads in compliance with regulations
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required DOT documentation
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers on load status
• Adhere to FMCSA, DOT, and company safety policies at all times
• Plan routes to meet delivery schedules while optimizing hours of service
• Report equipment issues promptly for maintenance and repair
• Represent Koch Trucking professionally with customers and the public
• Support a respectful, driver-first culture and safety programs
