Flatbed Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed tractor-trailers on regional and long-haul routes
• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads per company and DOT standards
• Perform accurate pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain compliance with DOT hours-of-service and safety regulations
• Use ELDs and onboard technology for logging and communication
• Deliver freight on time while protecting cargo from damage
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and terminals
• Follow company safety programs and participate in ongoing training
• Maintain clean, well-cared-for equipment and paperwork
• Support a respectful, driver-centric culture focused on safety and service
