Flatbed Truck Driver

Koch Trucking is hiring Flatbed Truck Drivers to haul regional and long-haul freight across the U.S. As a key member of our family-owned, driver-focused team, you'll safely operate late-model flatbed equipment, secure and tarp diverse loads, and ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries. You'll follow all DOT and company safety standards while completing logs and paperwork accurately. Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed tractor-trailer safely on regional and long-haul routes
• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads per company and DOT standards
• Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Comply with all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety policies and procedures
• Use ELDs to maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Plan routes and manage time to meet pickup and delivery schedules
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and terminals
• Complete bills of lading and delivery paperwork accurately
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs as needed
• Represent Koch Trucking with professionalism and strong customer service
