Dedicated Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle on dedicated routes for a single customer
• Perform regional and some long-haul deliveries while meeting on-time service requirements
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
• Comply with all FMCSA/DOT regulations and Koch Trucking safety policies
• Use electronic logging devices (ELDs) and maintain accurate driving logs
• Secure freight properly and verify load counts and documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and support teams
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with customers and the public
• Follow trip plans, optimize routes, and manage driving and rest time
• Care for assigned equipment and keep tractor and trailer clean and road-ready
