Responsibilities

• Rotate through various roles within the car wash facility to gain a holistic understanding of the business, including customer service, sales, administration, and operational management.
• Implement operational standards to maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff, promoting an environment of teamwork and respect.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed.
• Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare reports on staff performance and business metrics.
