Flatbed Truck Driver

Koch Trucking is seeking a professional Flatbed Truck Driver to haul regional and long-haul freight across the U.S. In this role, you'll operate late-model flatbed equipment, safely secure and tarp diverse loads, and deliver freight on time to valued customers. You'll perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations, and maintain accurate ELD and load documentation. Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed trucks for regional and long-haul freight deliveries
• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads to safety and company standards
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tractors and trailers
• Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations and policies
• Plan routes, manage hours of service, and maintain on-time delivery schedules
• Use ELDs and maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and trip paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and shop personnel
• Report equipment issues promptly and assist with basic roadside troubleshooting
• Represent Koch Trucking professionally with customers and the public
• Support a safety-first, driver-focused, and teamwork-oriented culture
