Flatbed Truck Driver

Koch Trucking is hiring Flatbed Truck Drivers to haul regional and long-haul freight across the U.S. In this role, you'll safely operate late-model equipment, secure and tarp flatbed loads, complete pre/post-trip inspections, and follow all FMCSA/DOT regulations. You'll plan routes, manage Hours-of-Service with ELDs, and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries. Responsibilities

• Safely operate company flatbed trucks for regional and long-haul freight moves
• Secure, tarp, and protect loads using chains, straps, and other equipment per regulations
• Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Comply with all FMCSA/DOT, company safety, and Hours-of-Service regulations
• Plan efficient routes and manage time to ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries
• Use ELDs and required systems to log hours and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and operations on load status and issues
• Handle freight and equipment carefully to minimize claims and maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, professional vehicle and represent Koch Trucking positively on the road
• Participate in safety programs, meetings, and continuous training to improve performance
