Child Care Program Leader: Loveland

The Boys & Girls Clubs of America is seeking a Child Care Program Leader in Loveland to guide elementary and middle school youth in a safe, supportive after-school setting. In this role, you will supervise daily activities, lead academic support, enrichment, and recreation programs, and model positive behavior aligned with BGCA's mission. You'll collaborate with staff to maintain a structured, inclusive environment, communicate with parents, and ensure safety procedures are followed while helping young people build skills, confidence, and healthy habits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage youth in daily after-school activities
• Plan and lead academic support, enrichment, and recreation programs
• Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive environment
• Model positive behavior and reinforce BGCA values and rules
• Monitor student behavior and apply effective behavior management strategies
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians as needed
• Support homework help and basic tutoring
• Track attendance and maintain required program records
• Collaborate with staff to coordinate schedules and program themes
• Follow all safety, emergency, and child protection procedures
