Shipping & Receiving Associate

National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our busy San Diego location. In this role, you will receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods, verify documentation, and maintain accurate inventory for our hospitality and food service operations. You'll pick and stage outgoing orders, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and keep storage areas safe, clean, and compliant with company standards. This position offers hands-on experience, opportunities to grow your logistics skills, and a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage
• Label, store, and organize inventory in designated storage areas
• Pick, pack, and stage outgoing orders for internal and external customers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts
• Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment safely
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and maintenance teams on stock needs
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse organization and process improvements
