Courier

As a Courier for the American National Red Cross, you will safely transport blood products, supplies, and equipment between collection sites, hospitals, and Red Cross facilities. In this mission-driven Transportation & Logistics role, you'll follow set routes and respond to urgent requests, maintain accurate delivery records, and uphold strict safety and temperature-control standards. Working closely with staff and volunteers, you'll support disaster response and community events, contributing directly to compassionate, lifesaving services nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport blood products, supplies, and equipment between collection sites, hospitals, and Red Cross facilities.
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Follow established routes and schedules while adapting to urgent requests during disasters or critical shortages.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Handle products according to safety, temperature-control, and regulatory standards.
• Provide courteous, professional service to staff, volunteers, and healthcare partners.
• Support disaster and community events by transporting materials and equipment as needed.
