Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead activities that align with our core program areas of academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles.
• Supervise children and ensure a safe, inviting, and nurturing environment.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding child progress and club events.
• Collaborate with other staff members to organize special events and maintain program excellence.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and activities to ensure they meet organizational goals and individual needs of participants.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to children to help them develop their strengths and skills.
