Service Technician

Pella Windows & Doors is seeking a skilled Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair our high-quality windows and doors in residential and commercial settings. In this field-based role, you'll read work orders and specs, perform precise installations and adjustments, and ensure products operate safely and efficiently. You'll represent Pella on-site, delivering excellent customer service, documenting work, and collaborating with manufacturing and support teams. Responsibilities

• Install and service Pella windows and doors at residential and commercial sites
• Perform diagnostics, adjustments, and repairs to ensure product performance
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and installation specifications
• Use hand and power tools safely and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate professionally with customers to explain work performed and next steps
• Document service activities, parts used, and recommendations in company systems
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and support teams to resolve field issues
