Carpenter Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews on heavy civil and transportation projects
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan daily work activities
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to meet schedule and quality targets
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures
• Oversee formwork, framing, and concrete-related carpentry tasks
• Inspect work for accuracy, durability, and compliance with project requirements
