Space Coordinator

Aramark is seeking a Space Coordinator to support facilities operations in our Accommodation & Food Services environments. You will coordinate room and space usage, oversee event and meeting setups, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of dining, conference, and common areas. Responsibilities include tracking space reservations, working closely with food service and facilities teams, monitoring inventory of furnishings and supplies, and responding quickly to client requests. You will help implement safety and cleanliness standards, support continuous improvement, and deliver friendly, professional service that reflects Aramark's culture of teamwork, inclusion, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily room and space reservations across dining, meeting, and common areas.
• Oversee event and meeting setups, ensuring layouts meet client and safety requirements.
• Inspect spaces for cleanliness, safety, and readiness, addressing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with food service and facilities teams to align space use with operations.
• Monitor and replenish furnishings, equipment, and supply inventories.
• Use scheduling or work order systems to track setups, requests, and completions.
• Support implementation of safety, sanitation, and brand standards in all spaces.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service to clients and guests.
• Assist with reporting on space utilization and recommending improvements.
• Support training of frontline staff on space standards and setup procedures.
