Strategic Sourcing Manager

Marvin is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing and supplier strategies for our premium windows, doors, and skylights. In this role, you will analyze spend, negotiate contracts, and build strategic supplier partnerships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance. You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and finance to support new product launches and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key direct and indirect categories
• Analyze spend data to identify savings, consolidation, and standardization opportunities
• Lead RFx events, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
• Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships to improve quality, cost, and delivery
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and finance to support new product introductions
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive corrective actions as needed
• Identify and implement cost reduction and value engineering initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and safety requirements
• Partner with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and mitigate supply risk
• Leverage data and market insights to inform sourcing decisions and continuous improvement
