Category Manager

Marvin is seeking a Category Manager to lead strategic sourcing for key materials used in our premium windows, doors, and skylights. In this role, you will analyze spend, develop category strategies, and build strong supplier partnerships to ensure quality, cost, and on-time delivery. You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and finance to support new product launches and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for key materials and components
• Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier performance to identify savings and improvement opportunities
• Lead supplier selection, RFx processes, and contract negotiations
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and finance to support production and new product launches
• Monitor risk, capacity, and supply continuity for assigned categories
• Use data and KPIs to track category performance and drive continuous improvement
• Support sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives
