Corporate Procurement Manager

Marvin is seeking a Corporate Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and purchasing for our premium window and door manufacturing operations. This role develops category strategies, negotiates contracts, and manages key supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply, cost savings, and quality. The manager will analyze spend, mitigate risk, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, and finance. You'll coach a small team, drive process improvements, and support sustainable, innovative materials aligned with Marvin's people-first, safety-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and category strategies for key materials and services
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Manage and evaluate supplier performance, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement
• Analyze spend data to identify savings, risk mitigation, and value creation opportunities
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and finance to align sourcing decisions with business needs
• Ensure continuity of supply and manage risk across the supply base
• Lead and mentor a small procurement team, building capabilities and best practices
• Support sustainability and innovation goals through strategic supplier selection and materials sourcing
