Industrial Controls Supervisor

Marvin is seeking an Industrial Controls Supervisor to lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of automation and controls for our manufacturing operations. You will supervise a small team, troubleshoot PLC/HMI and motion systems, coordinate equipment upgrades, and ensure uptime, safety, and quality. Partnering with engineering, maintenance, and production, you'll drive continuous improvement, standardize controls, and support capital projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise industrial controls technicians/engineers supporting manufacturing operations
• Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and motion control systems to maximize uptime
• Maintain and improve industrial networks, SCADA, and related automation infrastructure
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production on equipment upgrades and capital projects
• Implement and sustain controls standards, documentation, and change management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and support electrical/controls safety practices
• Analyze downtime data and drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and performance
• Coordinate vendor support, commissioning, and training for new automation systems
