Safety Supervisor

Hogan Transportation is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead safety programs across our transportation and warehousing operations. In this role, you will oversee daily safety compliance, conduct audits and inspections, investigate incidents, and ensure adherence to OSHA and DOT/FMCSA regulations. You will develop and deliver safety training for drivers and warehouse staff, track safety metrics, and partner with operations leaders to reduce risk. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage safety programs for transportation and warehousing operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, and company safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, performing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training for drivers and warehouse employees.
• Monitor, analyze, and report safety metrics and trends to leadership.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to reduce risk and improve safety performance.
• Promote a safety-first culture through coaching, communication, and recognition.
• Maintain safety documentation, policies, and regulatory records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety and compliance.
