Fleet Manager

Hogan1, a leader in innovative transportation solutions, is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize our extensive fleet operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our fleet to ensure efficient logistic operations and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients. This role demands a proactive approach in managing a diverse range of vehicles and requires strong organizational and leadership skills to maintain high standards in safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient fleet management policies and procedures to ensure alignment with Hogan1's operational goals.
• Oversee routine and ad-hoc maintenance of all vehicles to ensure they are safe and operational.
• Manage fleet lifecycle from acquisition through disposal to optimize costs and fleet performance.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements affecting fleet operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective services and products related to fleet management.
• Analyze fleet operational data to recommend strategies for improved efficiency and reduced costs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of fleet associates and support their professional development.
