Delivery Supervisor

Conduent State Healthcare, LLC seeks a Delivery Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations supporting Medicaid and state healthcare programs. You will oversee service delivery teams, track KPIs and SLAs, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, timely claims processing and eligibility services. The role partners with clients and internal technology teams, enforces compliance and data security standards, and prepares performance reports. You will coach staff, manage escalations, and help implement new healthcare technology solutions that enhance outcomes for public health programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day delivery of Medicaid and state healthcare services for government clients
• Monitor service levels, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure timely, accurate delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and escalations
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality
• Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, contracts, and data security policies
• Prepare reports and performance dashboards for internal and client stakeholders
• Support implementation of new healthcare technology solutions and workflows
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to build performance-driven culture
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and align delivery plans
• Contribute to risk management, issue tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
