ABM Industries is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to support Facilities & Maintenance operations across multiple client sites. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems to keep environments safe, clean, and efficient. You will respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and document work in a CMMS. Working independently in the field, you will travel between locations, prioritize tasks, and uphold ABM's strong safety culture. Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting across multiple client sites
- Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and complete repairs to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient facility operations
- Conduct inspections, document work performed, and update maintenance records in CMMS or other tracking systems
- Coordinate with site management, vendors, and other ABM team members to prioritize work and support daily operations
- Follow ABM safety standards, codes, and regulations, using proper PPE and safe work practices at all times
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly with clients and occupants about work status and recommendations
- Support energy efficiency and building performance initiatives through timely repairs and system adjustments
- Travel between assigned locations, managing tools, materials, and company vehicle in a professional, organized manner
