Paraprofessional

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Paraprofessional to support children and young adults with behavioral and learning challenges. In this role, you will provide direct student support, implement behavior intervention and instructional plans, and assist with classroom and therapy activities. You will collect data, help manage behaviors, and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families. Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with behavioral and learning challenges in school or clinical settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of clinicians or teachers
• Collect and record behavioral and academic data consistently
• Assist with instructional activities and classroom management
• Support IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
• Use de-escalation and crisis-prevention techniques when needed
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families on student progress
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Follow all organizational, school district, and regulatory policies
• Participate in training and professional development activities
