Truck Driver CDL B Solo

Ryder System is hiring a CDL B Truck Driver to support our transportation and warehousing operations. In this solo role, you'll safely operate a CDL B truck to complete local and regional deliveries, following Ryder's safety-first standards. Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, loading and securing freight, accurate paperwork, and on-time deliveries to customer sites. You'll interact directly with customers, represent Ryder professionally, and comply with all DOT regulations. Responsibilities

• Operate CDL B truck to safely transport freight to customer locations on assigned routes
• Perform accurate vehicle inspections, basic maintenance checks, and report defects per DOT and Ryder standards
• Load, secure, and unload freight using appropriate equipment and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and electronic records in compliance with DOT regulations
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at delivery and pickup locations
• Follow all Ryder and federal/state safety policies, hours-of-service rules, and company procedures
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and equipment issues
• Protect company equipment and cargo, reporting incidents or accidents immediately
