Truck driver CDL A Regional

Ryder System is seeking a dependable Truck Driver CDL A Regional to support our Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you'll safely operate late model equipment on scheduled regional routes, ensuring on time pickup and delivery for diverse customers. You'll conduct thorough pre /post trip inspections, secure freight, and comply with all DOT/FMCSA and Ryder safety standards. Using ELD and routing technology, you'll manage hours and routes efficiently while communicating closely with dispatch. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor trailer on scheduled regional routes
• Ensure on time pickup and delivery of freight for Ryder customers
• Perform pre and post trip inspections and report vehicle issues
• Comply with all DOT/FMCSA regulations and Ryder safety policies
• Secure loads and verify accurate documentation and paperwork
• Use ELD and GPS systems to manage hours and routes
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Support continuous improvement and uphold Ryder's service standards
