Flatbed Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailer hauling flatbed freight across regional and OTR routes
• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads in compliance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
• Follow all federal, state, and company safety and hours-of-service regulations
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
• Provide professional, courteous service and represent Decker Truck Line positively
• Participate in ongoing safety meetings and training programs
