Sales Keyholder

Under Armour is seeking a part-time Sales Keyholder to drive sales and deliver premium service in our retail store. You will lead by example on the sales floor, open and close the store, execute visual and merchandising standards, and ensure loss prevention procedures are followed. Partner with the store leadership team to coach teammates, achieve revenue and KPI targets, and maintain a performance-driven, athlete-focused environment. Ideal candidates are energetic, accountable, and passionate about sport, product innovation, and helping customers perform their best.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve daily and weekly store KPIs
• Provide premium customer service and product expertise
• Perform keyholder duties including opening and closing the store
• Execute visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Ensure accurate POS transactions and cash handling
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures
• Coach and support teammates on sales and service expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and athlete-focused store environment
• Collaborate with leadership to support promotions and brand initiatives
