Truck Driver CDL A Solo

Ryder System is hiring a CDL A Solo Truck Driver to support our transportation and warehousing operations. In this field-based role, you'll operate late-model Ryder equipment on regional routes, hauling freight between warehouses, customer locations, and distribution centers. You'll perform pre- and post-trip inspections, ensure freight is properly secured, follow DOT and Ryder safety standards, and maintain accurate logs. Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A tractor-trailer safely on regional routes
• Transport freight between warehouses, customer sites, and hubs
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete logs
• Secure loads, verify manifests, and ensure on-time deliveries
• Follow Ryder and DOT safety policies and hours-of-service rules
• Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally
• Report vehicle issues promptly for maintenance
• Maintain clean, compliant equipment and paperwork
