Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with athletes and shoppers
• Recommend performance apparel, footwear, and accessories based on customer needs
• Operate POS system accurately and handle cash, card, and returns
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain visual merchandising and Under Armour brand standards
• Restock sales floor and assist with inventory tasks
• Stay current on product technologies and features
• Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced environment
• Support loss prevention and store policies
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment
