CDL A Truck Driver

Ryder System seeks a safety focused CDL A Truck Driver to support our Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you'll operate late model Ryder equipment on regional and local routes, ensuring on time, damage free deliveries for diverse customers. You'll conduct thorough vehicle inspections, maintain accurate ELD logs, and comply with DOT regulations. Collaborating with dispatch and warehouse teams, you'll help optimize routes and support Ryder's culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor trailer for regional and local routes
• Perform pre and post trip inspections and follow Ryder safety standards
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and comply with DOT/HOS rules
• Secure and protect freight to prevent damage or loss
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Support on time pickups and deliveries to meet customer expectations
• Report equipment issues promptly for maintenance
• Follow company policies, procedures, and performance goals
