Truck Driver

Ryder System is seeking a Class B Truck Driver to support our regional transportation and warehousing operations. In this full-time role, you will operate a Class B vehicle on multi-stop regional routes, ensuring safe, timely pickups and deliveries while upholding Ryder's safety-first, customer-focused culture. Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, secure loading/unloading, accurate documentation, and strict compliance with DOT and company regulations. You'll work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams, represent Ryder professionally at customer sites, and have opportunities for training, performance recognition, and long-term career growth in logistics and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class B truck on regional routes following DOT and Ryder safety standards
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries on time while providing professional customer service
• Inspect vehicles, report defects, and perform basic preventive maintenance checks
• Secure, load, and unload freight using proper material-handling techniques and equipment
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and electronic logs as required
• Follow assigned routes, communicate delays, and coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Comply with all federal, state, and company transportation regulations and policies
• Support Ryder's safety-first culture and participate in training and performance programs
