Truck Driver CDL A Regional

Ryder System seeks a CDL A Regional Truck Driver to safely transport freight on scheduled regional routes. You'll perform pre/post-trip inspections, operate late-model equipment, and follow all DOT and Ryder safety standards. Duties include on-time pickups and deliveries, accurate logs using ELDs, and basic freight handling. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailer on regional routes
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT and Ryder standards
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of freight
• Use ELDs to maintain accurate logs and hours-of-service compliance
• Secure, handle, and inspect cargo to prevent damage and loss
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and yard staff
• Follow all FMCSA, DOT, and Ryder safety procedures
• Report mechanical issues and coordinate equipment service
• Maintain clean, organized, and road-ready equipment
