Truck Driver Solo CDL A Regional

Ryder System seeks a CDL A Truck Driver for regional solo routes supporting our transportation and warehousing operations. In this role, you will safely operate a tractor-trailer, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, secure freight, and ensure on-time deliveries within assigned regional lanes. You'll follow all DOT and Ryder safety standards, maintain accurate logs and paperwork, and communicate with dispatch and customers. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailer on regional routes
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete logs
• Transport and deliver freight on time while following route plans
• Comply with DOT, OSHA, and Ryder safety policies and procedures
• Secure loads and ensure proper handling of freight
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
• Maintain accurate paperwork, logs, and electronic records
• Report vehicle issues and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Follow company policies for fuel, routing, and hours of service
• Represent Ryder professionally with customers and the public
