Sales Keyholder

Under Armour is seeking a part-time Sales Keyholder for our retail team. In this role, you'll drive sales on the floor, deliver premium service, and lead by example during shifts. You will open and close the store, manage cash handling, and ensure visual and merchandising standards reflect our performance-driven brand. Working closely with managers, you'll coach teammates, track goals, and support inventory and loss prevention. This role is ideal for motivated retail athletes who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about helping customers perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and promoting Under Armour products
• Open and close the store, including keyholding and cash reconciliation
• Operate POS systems accurately and manage cash handling procedures
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards to reflect brand guidelines
• Provide premium customer service and resolve issues on the floor
• Support inventory processes, including stock replenishment and transfers
• Assist with loss prevention by following security and compliance procedures
• Lead by example during shifts and support training of new teammates
• Monitor daily sales performance and help the team achieve goals
• Collaborate with management to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store
