Manager, Environmental Services

As Manager, Environmental Services at ARAMARK, you will lead daily environmental services operations across client facilities in the accommodation and food services sector. You'll manage and train frontline staff, oversee cleaning, waste, and recycling programs, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily environmental services operations across assigned facilities
• Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate environmental services staff
• Ensure adherence to cleaning, disinfection, safety, and sanitation standards
• Implement and monitor waste, recycling, and sustainability programs
• Conduct regular inspections and audits, addressing deficiencies promptly
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies within budget targets
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with client and internal leaders to meet service expectations
• Track and report performance metrics, driving continuous improvement
• Support onboarding, training, and a culture of safety, teamwork, and respect
