Flatbed Truck Driver

Decker Truck Line, Inc., a family-owned carrier since 1931, is hiring CDL A Flatbed Truck Drivers. In this role, you'll haul flatbed freight across regional and OTR lanes, focusing on safe, on-time delivery. Responsibilities include securing and tarping loads, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and complying with DOT and FMCSA regulations. You'll use ELDs, maintain accurate paperwork, and communicate closely with dispatch. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A flatbed trucks for regional and OTR freight
• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads per DOT and company standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations and logging requirements
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and terminals
• Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and delivery documentation
• Provide professional, courteous service at shippers and receivers
• Participate in ongoing safety and skills training programs
