Truck Driver CDL A Flatbed

Ryder System is hiring a CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver to safely transport freight for regional customers in the transportation and warehousing industry. In this role, you'll haul flatbed loads, secure and tarp cargo, and complete pre/post-trip inspections while following all DOT and Ryder safety standards. You'll communicate with dispatch, maintain accurate ELD logs, and deliver freight on time. Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A tractor-trailer hauling flatbed freight safely and efficiently
• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads according to Ryder and DOT standards
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Comply with all FMCSA/DOT regulations and Ryder safety policies
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
• Communicate with dispatch on routes, delays, and customer needs
• Deliver freight on time while providing professional customer service
• Report equipment issues and coordinate required maintenance
