Class A HazMat Truck Driver

Ryder System seeks a safety-focused Class A HazMat Truck Driver to support dedicated transportation and logistics operations. In this role, you will haul hazardous materials on regional routes, performing safe and efficient loading, securing, and unloading while following all DOT and HazMat regulations. You will complete pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate ELD logs and paperwork, and communicate closely with dispatch. Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers with Haz
• Mat cargo for regional routes
• Perform compliant loading, securing, and unloading of hazardous materials
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required DOT documentation
• Maintain strict adherence to DOT, OSHA, and Ryder safety policies
• Communicate with dispatch to manage schedules, routes, and delivery updates
• Ensure accurate logs using electronic logging devices and on-board systems
• Report equipment issues promptly and coordinate with maintenance
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at pickup and delivery locations
