Paraprofessional

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Paraprofessional to support children and young adults with behavioral and learning challenges. In this role, you'll provide direct 1:1 and small-group support in classrooms and therapeutic settings, implement behavior and instructional plans, and collect data under the guidance of teachers and behavior analysts. You'll help maintain a safe, structured environment, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to evidence-based interventions in a compassionate, mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students per treatment plans
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and reinforcement systems under supervision
• Support instruction in classrooms and therapeutic settings to meet IEP goals
• Collect and record accurate behavioral and academic data daily
• Assist with development and execution of behavior and safety plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and behavior analysts on student progress
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
• Communicate professionally with staff and, when appropriate, families
• Follow all ethical, confidentiality, and compliance standards
• Participate in required training and ongoing professional development
