Local Truck Driver

Lew Thompson & Son Trucking is seeking a Local Truck Driver for a dedicated route hauling refrigerated and live poultry. Based around Harrison, AR, you'll run consistent local lanes with steady freight and modern, well-maintained equipment. Responsibilities include safe, on-time pickups and deliveries, accurate logs, and thorough pre- and post-trip inspections. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial truck on a dedicated local route
• Transport refrigerated and live poultry loads for regional customers
• Complete timely pickups and deliveries while meeting appointment windows
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations and procedures
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
• Communicate with dispatch and operations regarding schedules and issues
• Handle freight with care to ensure product quality
• Represent the company professionally with customers and the public
• Participate in ongoing safety and compliance training
