Earthwork Foreman

CoolSys is seeking a Piping Foreman to lead field crews installing HVAC-R and industrial piping systems for construction projects. In this hands-on role, you'll plan daily work, interpret drawings, coordinate with project managers and other trades, and ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. You'll supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of piping, while upholding our safety-first, customer-focused culture. Responsibilities

• Lead field piping crews on HVAC-R and industrial construction projects for Cool
• Sys
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and ensure safe, high quality installation of piping systems
• Interpret drawings, specs, and P&IDs to lay out piping, supports, and equipment connections
• Coordinate with project managers, GC, and other trades to meet schedule and budget
• Monitor jobsite safety, enforce OSHA and company standards, and conduct toolbox talks
• Oversee material takeoffs, deliveries, and inventory to keep projects moving efficiently
• Inspect and test piping systems, resolve field issues, and document progress and changes
