CoolSys is seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman to lead commercial plumbing projects within our Construction - Skilled Labor team. In this on-site role, you'll supervise crews installing and testing plumbing systems for energy-efficient facilities, coordinating closely with HVACR teams. You'll interpret blueprints, ensure code and safety compliance, manage schedules and materials, and mentor plumbers and apprentices. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction projects for Cool
  • Sys.
  • Plan, lay out, and install plumbing systems to code, including piping, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Coordinate daily work schedules, materials, and inspections with project managers and other trades.
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and Cool
  • Sys quality requirements.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals to guide installation and troubleshooting.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate plumbers and apprentices, promoting best practices and safety.
  • Inspect and test plumbing systems, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and as-built information for project closeout.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, GCs, and inspectors to resolve field issues.
  • Support integration of plumbing with HVACR and other building systems for energy-efficient solutions.
