Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from medical facilities and their homes using Veyo's technology platform.
• Maintain timely communication with the Veyo dispatch team and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal scheduling and routing.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws during operations.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or concerns that may affect the comfort and safety of patients.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the car is clean and in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, making them feel comfortable and secure throughout their journey.
