Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with national and regional patient advocacy organizations and key community stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, commercial, policy, and communications teams to integrate patient insights
- Ensure patient voice informs clinical development, access, and education initiatives
- Oversee development of advocacy programs, advisory boards, and educational resources for brain health conditions
- Guide compliant interactions with external partners, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards
- Represent Lundbeck at advocacy meetings, conferences, and public forums
- Monitor policy, regulatory, and advocacy trends in neuroscience and translate insights into strategy
- Lead or mentor a small team, setting priorities, goals, and performance expectations
- Track and report on advocacy impact, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership
